it was a good day...

sometimes i don't know where time goes...it seems it was just yesterday...
lily and i were driving to soccer games...
we'd have music on loud...
she'd sing...
we'd talk..
we'd laugh...

it seems like yesterday..
but it wasn't ...

and then yesterday...


little amaya jordan was born...

(while i still think..
they should have named her...bernice matice..
it was after all...
their choice on what to name her...
and i didn't get a vote..)

anyway...
if you know me..
you know...
i always have a room full of words..
for almost anything you would want to talk about...
and it's not like i don't have a room full of words..
to describe how i feel..
it's just..
that ...
for me...
for now..
i'll keep all these words in my heart..
where..they are safe...
where..they keep me warm...

still i would be remiss...
if i didn't stop ..
and thank God..
for all the blessinging in my life..
