people that know me...know how much i absolutely love music...
if you don't and ...you've read this for any length of time..
you probably realize that by now regardless...


way back in the 60's...there was this band callled brasil 66...
their lead singer was lani hall...
they had a few minor hits...and while they were recording their albums..
they worked for the same record company as..
herb alpert and the tijuana brass...
in the early 70's herb alpert co-founded a&m records..
and in 1974 he and lani hall married...
they are still married today...

i have a list of favorite songs ever...
and every time i make a new list......
come what may...by herb alpert and lani hall...
is on it...

recently while searching through music videos on youtube..
i found the original video for this song..
recorded in 1980...
and surprisingly played on mtv..
(once you hear the song you'll know why i said surprisingly)...

this video was made during a photo shoot for the lani hall album called "blush"...that features the song...
anyway...it's easily one of the most beautiful songs i've ever heard...
